Will the Stock Market Crash Really Soon? An Astrological Study

Also I am a sidereal astrologer, so the planetary positions in this post are based on the sidereal system. However, the concepts apply to the tropical system as well.)

Introduction
I have been expecting the A.I. bubble to burst. Many financial analysts say it will happen. Some astrologers have also predicted the stock market will crash this year. However, analyses and predictions like these have been around for quite some time now. Naturally, in any economic cycle, it is normal for the stock market to go down at one point, so the question is when. Over the past few days, I suddenly felt the urge to time it. Here is what I have found.
A Brief Background of the A.I. Bubble
You may ask why it is considered a bubble. According to financial analysts, OpenAI, Nvidia and Oracle have been buying each other’s services and products, forming a closed loop that hypes up each other’s profits and stock prices. As a result, if one of them encounters financial problems, it could trigger a chain reaction that impacts the other two. Additionally, OpenAI has been burning billions of dollars with no prospect of turning a profit anytime soon. Other major companies involved in this A.I. bubble include Microsoft, CoreWeave, Amazon and Google.
Saturn and Ketu’s Suppressive Effect on Key A.I. Stock Prices
Vedic astrologer Joni Patry teaches that a company’s stock price can be analyzed based on the moment it becomes listed on a stock exchange. More specifically, the time when the public is first able to buy a company’s shares can be treated as the company’s “birth time” for generating its astrological chart. Using this method, I am able to pull up the charts for all of the companies mentioned in the previous paragraph except OpenAI, as it has not gone public yet.
In astrology, Venus represents money, while the Moon represents cash flow. Interestingly, Oracle, Nvidia, and Microsoft all have either the Moon or Venus at roughly the same position in Pisces: Oracle has Venus at 10°40’, Nvidia has the Moon at 9°41’, and Microsoft has Venus at 11°54’. When Saturn—representing restriction and limitation—transits over their Moon or Venus, their stock prices may go down. Saturn will reach 9° Pisces starting on 13 March, though its effects may be felt slightly beforehand.
CoreWeave, on the other hand, has both the Moon and Venus in Pisces, at 1°23’ and 5°06’, respectively. Saturn is currently transiting its Venus, but passed over its Moon last November, inducing a significant price drop.
Now, let us shift our focus from Saturn transit to Ketu (South Node) transit. Amazon has its Moon at 12°58’ Leo. Ketu, which signifies detachment and cuts the significance of nearby planets, will transit over that Moon around April, potentially affecting Amazon as well. In contrast, for Google, I am unable to identify any major transit indicating a significant price drop. Therefore, even if Google is affected by an A.I. bubble burst, it may not be impacted as much.
As for the most critical component of the A.I. bubble—OpenAI—I have tried to use the date of ChatGPT’s initial release as a hypothetical birth chart. In this chart, I do not see the Moon or Venus being significantly affected by upcoming Saturn or Ketu transits. However, the natal Sun, which represents the leader, will be positioned between transiting Rahu (North Node) and Ketu (South Node) next month. In other words, both Rahu and Ketu will square that Sun, suggesting the possibility of a leadership change. There have been rumors that Sam Altman may step down from his position at OpenAI, so this configuration may prove meaningful. That said, I am uncertain how reasonable it is to use ChatGPT’s release date as OpenAI’s birth chart.
Alternatively, since Altman is the leader of OpenAI and events in his life may reflect the company’s trajectory, his personal birth chart could give us useful insights. Altman’s natal Venus is located at 12°29’ Pisces, closely aligning with the Moon or Venus positions of Oracle, Nvidia, and Microsoft. According to data provided by Astrotheme.com (though I question its accuracy, as his birth time is only given to the nearest hour), Venus rules his 2nd house of money. As a result, his Venus and money may also be affected by Saturn’s transit during March and April too!
Solar Eclipse’s Direct Hit on Nvidia’s Founder and CEO
After examining the birth chart of OpenAI’s CEO, I decided to look at the chart of Jensen Huang, the founder and CEO of Nvidia. His birthday falls on February 17 (today!), which coincides with this year’s solar eclipse. This means that both the Sun and Moon are transiting over his natal Sun, with Rahu (North Node) transiting nearby.
Depending on which house this transit occurs in and which house his natal Sun rules, this alignment suggests the possibility of major transformation in those areas of his life. Since I do not have his ascendant, I can only interpret his chart by setting the Moon as the ascendant. In this configuration, the Sun rules his 10th house and is positioned in the 4th house from the Moon. This shows potential changes related to his career and obligations to society (10th house), as well as concerning his homeland or mother (4th house).
Because Rahu is transiting close to his natal Sun, this could indicate expansion in his career, or something unusual and unexpected affecting his professional life. If it had been Ketu that was transiting instead of Rahu, I would have interpreted this as a cutting or separation, such as being required to step down from his role. However, since it is Rahu, it is unclear whether this transit will expand his career and company, or bring magnificently positive or horribly negative surprises.
As this transit happens in his 4th house from the Moon, it also raises the question of whether it may relate to his homeland, Taiwan. Astrologers in East Asia have been discussing for several years the possibility that China may seek to invade Taiwan. This solar eclipse occurring in his 4th house from the Moon makes me wonder whether the Chinese government might finally take action this year.
Venus-Saturn Conjunction Signifying a Major Stock Market Downturn
Setting the tech companies aside for a moment, the broader stock market may also be heading toward a downturn, as shown by Venus moving into Pisces joining Saturn next month. Joni Patry has stated that whenever Venus and Saturn are conjunct in the sky, the stock market goes down. This appears to hold true, as last April when this conjunction took place, Donald Trump implemented new tariffs, triggering a global stock market crash. This year, Venus and Saturn will be conjunct exactly on 8 March. Therefore, the stock market will likely fall next month, regardless of whether the A.I. bubble will burst or not.
Will A.I. Services Crash, Causing Global Communication and Business Disruptions?
Last week, Joni Patry mentioned in her YouTube live session with Shree Ram that a conjunction involving retrograde Mercury, Mars, and Rahu will occur at 14° Aquarius on 14 March, signifying potential disruptions to communication and travel. I may be overinterpreting this, but I wonder whether, due to financial issues, some A.I. services might cease operations. This could in turn affect companies that rely on A.I., leading to disruptions in communication and business activities.
Furthermore, Patry has also discussed the possibility of financial scandals and market crashes in February and March due to the exact conjunction of Saturn and Neptune at 6° Pisces. This alignment occurs in the 2nd house of money from the Moon during the solar eclipse on February 17. Patry believes that eclipses amplify planetary energies, and any significant planetary alignments occurring during an eclipse are important indicators of future events in the upcoming six months. This Saturn-Neptune conjunction makes me wonder if it implies an A.I.-related scandal and super impactful bubble burst.
A Bit of Chinese Feng Shui to Add Extra Spice
The more divination systems—developed based on different philosophies and from various cultures—predict the same event, the more likely that event will occur.
Here, I would like to briefly mention the system of the Three Cycles and Nine Periods in Chinese Feng Shui. According to this system, the world undergoes a major energetic shift every 20 years, with each period emphasizing a different element in the Chinese Five Elements system. The current period began in 2024 and is associated with the fire element. The previous period (2004–2023) focused on the earth element, which is linked to housing and real estate, while the period before that (1984–2003) was associated with the metal element, focusing on finance.
During each period, industries related to the dominant element bloom, but also suffer severe crashes. For example, during the previous period of earth, we saw a great housing market boom, but we also had to survive the Panic of 2008 caused by the housing market. Similarly, during the metal period, the world witnessed severe financial crises, such as Black Monday in 1987 and the Asian financial crisis in 1997.
Regarding the current fire period, unlike the other elements, fire is intangible. Hence, this period focuses on intangible domains, such as spirituality, electricity and energy resources, and technology. However, as with previous periods, this also suggests that at some point, a major tech-related market crash will happen. It is just a matter of when.
Summary
The above outlines my recent observations suggesting that a stock market crash, particularly one related to A.I., may occur soon, possibly beginning in March. However, even if this turns out to be true, I do not know if it will be a major market correction or a full-blown crisis-level bubble burst with significant global economic and societal consequences. I must admit that I don’t have extensive experience using astrology to predict economic trends and the stock market. Nevertheless, I would like to share my observations with anyone the Universe brings this information to.
Lastly, astrology has its limitation. A famous Chinese proverb says, “天機不可洩漏” (the plans of Heaven should not be leaked). This suggests that we are not meant to predict everything with perfect accuracy. Still, I enjoy the process of making predictions, and observing how many of them ultimately come to fruition.
