Last week I saw this post about the trifecta of portrait memes and that immediately inspired me to draw all three of them with my characters! Formally introducing two new characters! The bug themed woman in red (who still needs a name) works for an organization that is rival to the Archive: instead of lending magical items, they rent and sell them to the highest bidder. The woman in the portrait is her boss, and as you can tell Buggy is getting fed up with her and her job XD

A young, rather annoyed and harried palace guard stands at Callista’s door. A large white rose and carnation bouquet held under one arm...carefully enough. A note pinched in his fingers.

This is so far above his pay grade.

He bows his head to her when she answers his knock, but even that gesture seems insincere. “Mistress Callista,” he begins, offering the gifts. The tone of a man who has drawn the short straw in running the bosses' romantic errands. “The Captain sends his fond regards and sympathies...yadda yadda...and hopes you will join him tomorrow evening for dinner.”  

He foists them off onto her somewhat unceremoniously and heads off, thoroughly uninterested in any questions.
