Stephen, less than 2 years old, has been at the North Central shelter since November of 2017. The shelter may think he is deaf, although I am not sure why. He is very frightened when people come into his kennel, although he warmed up nicely to 2 individuals who came to visit him by licking their hands and taking treats.Of course, he is more nervous because of the traumatizing environment of the shelter. No doubt, this guy needs Tender Love & Care. He's still young, beautiful, and will make a great companion to someone.
