Melissa's best friend was adopted and she was left behind 😢 She was found on 10/07/2022 tied up with another dog named Mac on a public walkway. She was extremely underweight 35lbs. Anxious, shy and fearful. Suspected ringworm in October. Swollen eyelids. Despite all her medical issues, they SPAYED her 12/05/2022 knowing they may very well euthanize her! Now she has blood in her stool and is in even worse shape! PLEA ISSUED! Not worthy of a decent picture! SICKENING!
