Yes, we came all this way to Zahra so I wanted to make the most of our trip and look at the various fabrics they have.
We get some in our regular delivery in Japan, however it really is not the same as being able to go and choose what I want on my own.
Also it seems like there are a few things in the city you would like too.

The Gift from God is a mixed troupe play based off of a traditional Zahran fairy tale.
Summary: After the death of God, the spirit of the flowers, a young boy named Rino, embarks on a journey to find his lost colours. He runs into a man named Ness who is also on his own journey, a journey to find his heart.

‘Once upon a time, in a certain world, in a certain country in that world, there lived a lonesome man who had never known what it felt like to have a heart.’

‘I wonder what ‘heart’ is. I wonder if it is only I who does not have one.’
‘I wonder if a person like me could ever find the place where he belongs.’
‘On this journey, I wonder if I will be able to find a heart and the place where I belong.’
‘Hmm? Who is that over there...?’
Rino (Sakuya)
‘.....’
Ness (Guy)
‘What is wrong, young boy? You seem to have a strange aura about you. Just what is your purpose for being here?’
Rino (Sakuya)
‘My name is Rino.... I am the spirit of the flowers.’
‘However it appears that all of the colours of my flowers have disappeared after the great wave of saddness....’
‘And who are you? Where are you going?’
Ness (Guy)
‘I am Ness. I am on a journey to find a heart and the place where I belong.’
Rino (Sakuya)
‘Oh, I see.’
‘Hey, do you think I could come with you? I would like to find my colours again.’
Ness (Guy)
‘If that is what you wish. We will walk together. We will journey to find my heart and the place I belong as well as your lost colours.’

‘What’s wrong? Is there something bothering you?’

‘Yes, I need to carry all of these fruits into town, but there are so many of them and they are very heavy.’
‘If I was to do it by myself, I would not finish before sun down. I am unsure what to do.’
Rino (Sakuya)
‘How about I help you carry some of them?’
Ness (Guy)
‘Yes, I can help you as well. If we all work together we will reach the town quickly.’
Cyrus (Sakyo)
‘Really? Thank you, that is a big help.’
‘That’s it. Thanks to your help we were able to make it into town. Thank you so much. As a sign of my gratitude, please accept some fruit. We can eat together.’
Ness (Guy)
‘Are you sure?’
Cyrus (Sakyo)
‘Of course. You helped me out a lot. Plus, the fruit tastes better when eaten with company,’
Rino (Sakuya)
‘Yes, it is very delicious! It’s so sweet and makes my heart feel warm.’
Ness (Guy)
‘Yes, it really does. For some reason this fruit tastes better than I expected... Strange.’

‘Yes. Both are well made and very cute. It appears as though one could easily have fun playing with either of them.’

‘Oh, the rain has stopped. Take a look, there’s a rainbow.’

‘And right now I have found my colours, my colours are all of me.’

‘I can feel it too. Throughout our travels together, I made a lot of memories and I can feel all of those emotions resonating inside myself.’
‘I think this is what a heart is..... By traveling with you, I have discovered what it means to have a heart overflowing with emotions.’

‘I was able to find my own colours. However, I still would like to continue traveling with you.’
Ness (Guy)
‘Me too. I would like to continue traveling with you.’
‘Oh, that’s right. I was also looking for the place where I belong.... Or well, a place where I would like to stay.’

“It’s so fun to be able to talk with the locals!“
Sakuya
Spring and Winter Troupe have been to Zahra before, but this time everyone is going to go for the training camp. I am really excited!
Even though I have only been to Zahra a couple times in the past,
the country has always felt pretty close to my heart. Especially with Citron always telling us stories, it is as if Zahra is just next door.
I want to experience more Zahran culture and visit the places that Citron recommends!
It seems like the Zahran people really love theatre, so I would really like to have the chance to perform for them if we can.
We are also planning on seeing a local performance.
I think it would be a great experience to be able to engage in some cultural exchange with the locals through our mutual love of theatre.
I am super excited!

It’s so fun to be able to talk with the locals!
They were all pretty interested in learning about Japan. They also taught us about Zahra, it was quite the learning experience.
Taichi made some origami for the children, they all seemed so happy.
They seemed to all get along really well, it was so cute to watch them together.
I played ball with the kids and we ran around together, it was really fun.
Even though we couldn’t really communicate with words very much, we had a lot of fun together and we became friends. It was a great experience!

Ever since coming to Zahra I have seen and learned so many new things.
It’s been really fun to explore this new country with you, director. Experiencing a different culture, going to new places, I had so much fun, I’m really happy.
I wonder what we will do tomorrow. I can only imagine what will happen, I am really excited!

The Zahran people have really lovely clothes!

Yes, I really like the atmosphere of being in a foreign country. There is so many types of fabric and garments I have never seen before. Honestly, I don’t think I could ever get tired of just observing what people wore.

You already bought some Zahran fabric, right?
Yuki
Of course. I was able to get a sizeable budget from that money-grubbing yakuza so I could buy a lot of different fabrics. I was also able to buy some for myself as a personal souvenir.

I also noticed they sold various accessories. They all looked pretty cool but...
I was not quite sure how to wear them or what they were so....

You don’t necessarily need to know how to wear them, you could just use them to decorate your bag or hang in your room or something like that.
