9/10 of time putting all in the right place, checking if you still need some things. Playing with old things you’ve almost forgot about.

1/10 of time panicking and stuffing your things in drawers because you ran out of time. Hoping no one will open anything.

(teen!AU) Marian let out a "mmph" as James rolled atop her. The pressure was uncomfortable, but not unbearable—at least, until he rolled over more, so she was completely trapped underneath him. She nudged him. "James," she hissed. "Move. Come on, wake up."

James had been helping Marian out with a few bits of homework, while she returned the favour with his own homework. However, things had gone on longer than James had originally anticipated, and Marian had fallen asleep on his bed, next to where he sat on the mattress. Earlier on in the year, he would have woken her up and kicked her out, but there wasn't much point. It was 2 in the morning anyway. However, no matter how hard he tried to continue, he inevitably fell asleep too. 

He didn't really wake up when Marian pushed him an hour later. His eyes half-opened, and he mumbled something along the lines of 'too comfy but fine just for you' and slumped down again beside her, falling back asleep straight away.
