Okay I don't know much about the distinct personalities of these types BUT. I've been seeing a lot of videos about Malinois types and how absolutely feral (in the good way) they are and. Y'know what. I see it 😭 It's not a dog anyone can handle, and while a part of me thinks Makarov wouldn't bother, think about how effective it'd be once he trained Nolan personally. It's a lot of work but it pays off.

I guess German Shepherds are close to Malinois in terms of handling? I really am not sure about the specifics sorry 😭 I do think he's high maintenance though; super active, extremely protective of his owner and needs a lot of stimulation.

I think he's too evil to be an Australian Shepherd... Look at them.. they're angels..

Maybe Blue Heeler is perfect?
