I have this Avengers Universe headcanon where you're the tech guy in the van feeding directions, information, etc. to the Avengers but something goes awry and you're like "damn it, I have to do everything myself" as you grab your weapon (stun gun?) and run out of the van to join the Avengers for the fight. :D
