Hi! I'm pretty new in the fandom and I wanna know where this 'Link should always be away from knives' comes from. Was there some specific accident that iniciate this knife-phobia? I'm sorry about my English I'm not a native speaker

First of all, welcome to the fandom! 

Link has always been weird with knives (check out this post).  It just gradually grew up to be a joke and especially after Link almost hit Chase with a dart while playing a game on GMM. Link is an accident prone no matter what and Rhett has said multiple times that Link will be the cause of his death someday. :D So... Link is not allowed to have sharp things. :D
