what are some of aaron's motivations? what made him want to be a hero? does he ever struggle with morality, or is he very concrete in his beliefs?
He wanted to be a hero because he looked up to Peter when they were younger. He believed that if Pete could help people, he damn well could too. It certainly didn’t help his drive that he grew up reading comics about other superheroes and the fact Peter decided he’d try and train Ronnie with his powers.
He definitely doesn’t hold the same moral standard as Peter. He’s very much a punk gen z kid. He believes that it’s okay to steal from big chains and the rich. A very Robin Hood esque belief. He knows how corrupt the system is and he’s damn well ready to tear it down to help the people who really need it. He doesn’t care about the rich or the corporations. He doesn’t give a single fuck about the police or the pharmaceuticals or any of that shit. He will steal from a drug store (chain only) if it means getting medicine for someone who can’t afford it. They tend to butt heads about this but Ronnie is SET in his beliefs.
