Aaron's birthday

Aaron finished working like every other day, he was pretty happy knowing all the cats were fine and everyone was surprisingly happy today. He took a bath alone since he knew that he shouldn't be asking Glitch to give him baths anymore since he was a smart human now and should know how to do it. He got out and looked at himself in the mirror. His hair had finally grown longer than he had expected. A chunk of his hair on the back stood up and no matter how hard he tried it kept going back up. He sighed and picked up the clothes off the floor. They smelled horrible, for being the same outfit he wore for an entire year he never thought twice about the clothes he was wearing. Usually Glitch would have him go shirtless while she washed them but he had forgotten that this was his responsibility. He went outside by the river cleaning his clothes out, he knew he needed some new ones eventually. He hung it up to dry and headed inside the house. He turned to Shark who constantly wore different band shirts all the time. Glitch who owned like 10 sets of the same jacket and shirt. Kodi who never wore a shirt but cleaned his jacket every single day. And Beta who makes his own clothes. He hadn't realized how much of a slob he must have been wearing smelly clothes for a long time. He went to his closet and found a white tank top "this will have to do for now" He took his large black cloak he always uses to cover his ears and tail and headed towards the door. "AARON" Glitch had stopped him before he left "meet us at the bar once you are done alright Kitty?" He blushed at her comment and nodded heading toward the open portal that Glitch had made to only be used by them. He made it into the mall and went into the store Glitch got their clothes all the time "Burning Subject" and walked in, he was amazed by all the cool merchendise of anime and cats and plushies. He shook his head focusing on what he was really there for. He went into the band shirt area and found his favorite and got a tank top. As he turned around a yellow letterman jacket had caught his attention. He picked it up admiring it and decided to buy it. He immediately changed into his new clothes but he felt like something was missing. He looked at his jacket once again noticing it didn't have much on it so he headed to a shop called the "Shirt Restaurant". He drew out what he wanted with a pin version and he finally was happy with his new clothes. His phone buzzed notifying him to go to the bar. He ran out going towards the location and stopped breathing heavily at the door. He dropped his cloak on a basket by the door that transported to the island and set his hand on the knob. He opened the door "HAPPY BIRTHDAY AARON!!!!" Balloons flew everywhere and strings fell from the ceiling. He was surprised "My Birthday?" Shark laughed throwing his arm over Aaron's shoulder "Well we may not know your real birthday but we know well that it's your birthday of when you first became a part of our family." He grinned following with laugh. Shark handed him a cat keychain which made Aaron excited for 10 minutes before calming down. During the party Kodi had snuck in a room with him and let him see his eyes longer, which Aaron became very happy about. Beta had bought him a new pair of pants, shoes, and cat socks. And finally Glitch, she didn't have a present for him. While everyone was distracted she snuck him outside and took his hands. "Aaron.....despite me being younger, I'll always love you as much as the other boys. I may treat you like a little kid at times because you've been a human lesser than Shark. But I recognize you as a equal and I really want you to know that.
