Motion Capture (Mo-Cap)
Wednesday and Thursday of this week I found myself learning and directing some motion capture for a faux video game cinematic spot we are making for Childsplaycharity.org at MAKE
At first directing proved difficult. I was not used to directing overacting and focusing solely on body movements. As the day went on, I picked up a flow with the help of Kevin Wisdom and Aaron Dabelow from MAKE. We captured the movement at Cinequipt's Studio C. Thanks to Alex, Andrew and Samantha for wearing those skin tight suits and looking like black Christmas trees.
