when it rains
Things are heating up for the upcoming releases of "The Enchantress" and "A Rebecca Bowen Mystery: An Elemental Horror."
First off, today I met with someone who could give me an unbiased opinion on the first batch of photos for The Enchantress videos. It's always good to get fresh eyes to look at your work. It was quite revealing and gratifying and, yes, exciting.
Tomorrow I meet with the sound designer for Rebecca Bowen. I'm very much looking forward to this as what I've heard so far from Jacob Osborne has been wonderful.
The composer, Aaron Weed has been hard at work, but until we can get the full score we'll be subbing with things from Soundsnap.com Aaron has had to go from working on nothing because of sound designer changes to trying to write for two shows at the same time. thus the fill in from Soundsnap.
And, on top of all of that, Mike Brown, the sound designer for The Enchantress is working with physical flow charts (a way of working for me) and we'll be going back and forth. I love a learning curve.
And, of course, at the back of my mind while all of this is going on is the thought that maybe, just maybe I can get the second "A Jewel of the Gods Adventure" recorded this year. The title of this one? "The Bloody Rosary." The star? Artist Wednesday Wolf... if he still wants to do it.
