I have two so far, with both of them being from a little self indulgent au of mine where the equalist movement is not like that. The doodles i have are old, and both of them need to be redesigned but heres them as they are right now.
This is Bima, she's a firebender and was raised in the movement by a combination of people, but the Lieutenant is her primary guardian. She's a very energetic and social person, though very easy to slip on things she shouldn't be telling people (idle gossip mostly). I think of her personality as a mix between Ruffnut from httyd and Jake Perolta from B99, with a dash of korra in there. The lizard on her shoulder is a Gilahorn called Dragomir - he's a little shit who steals everything he can hold and gets her into trouble for it. She also has a massive crush on my other OC, Muli, which she is doing nothing about except fumbling.
The original concept for her was a firebending chi-blocker, or pyro-blocker (which I've started using for her in-universe title), whose firebending was channeled through a pipe they carry on their back. It's a two-piece hollow rod with a mouthpiece that she 'breathes' her fire through like a dragon. The helmet was altered to have vents where excess heat is expelled. Bima is also supposed to have burns on her arms from an accident when she was younger, but i guess i forgot to draw them LOL.

This is Muli, she's a non-bending engineer who is the main repairman of tools like Bima's rod and the Lieutenant's kali sticks. She's a monotone person who keeps to herself, but not a full-force introvert. She's definitely an oddball and has her fair share of odd hobbies, like keeping a jar of insects that she swats on her desk (she feeds them to Dragomir), and tinkering with leftover material to make doohickeys (things like wind-up toys and music boxes, she hides them everywhere). Muli is also working on refurbishing an old mecha tank model.
She wears a hair wrap for practical reasons, keeping it out of the way of her work and away from machinery it could get caught in, while also not having to bother with its appearance every day since it's covered. The goggles are also something she wears for practicality, having made custom lens dishes to slot in, which replace the need for framed glasses since she couldn't afford them. These dishes let her switch out from welding goggles to her glasses without needing to take them off.
