Surprise @abadtime! I was your Secret Santa for @undertalesecretsanta! I hope you like my take on one of my favorite scenes of your fic, the final climactic scene in the cavern to show just how large this beast really is! The writing of this chapter really stuck with me and I had to draw it out!

Being ABadTime’s SS for the art swap, this finally gave me an excuse to set time aside to read their fic “The Best of Times, the Worst of Times”. I’ve been meaning to read it for a while, so this was nice getting to actually read it. I’ve been hearing great stuff about it! It was also pretty funny to me getting to be their SS, cause ever since I drew my GB!Sans pic, people have mistaken it for their Sans. oh this fucking asshole

my dad always uses the fact that he pays for us (his children) to leverage arguments in his favor. on the car ride home he was talking about, out of nowhere, how our lives would evaporate if he took his hand off of us, as if our mom wasnt in the car. our mom objected because that was fucking rude and he doubled down saying our mom doesnt pay for anything which is completely not true. my dad really got into their money business and lied on my moms name to her face and in front of her children. Also my mom is an insurance adjuster, and my dad was talking about insurance with her like she was stupid which made my blood boil.

then, quietly, my mom asked my sister if she wanted to get her nails done with her since, ya know, today was her birthday and my dad got drunk and made it all about himself. then my dad had the nerve to say "you can go get your nails done once you get a fucking job" ARE YOU SERIOUS, my mom worked her ass off to get the certifications she needed to start her own business which is making money, for some fucking reason my dad decided that my mom was gonna use his money to take HIS DAUGHTER to get her nails done, as if she doesnt have her own job. then he had the fucking nerve, once everybody in the car was emotional and hurt, to start CRYING. ive seen this man cry twice in my life, both in times of real stress, this motherfucker cried in this moment specifically to get sympathy from us and shut us up. we all saw it and knew exactly what he was doing.

thats not even to mention when we went out to eat and he was on his 4th glass of wine and was being loud and obnoxious and racist and tried to get the staff to sing happy birthday to my sister when she didnt want that and was being rude to the waitresses and throwing peanuts at my siblings and i and generally acting like a child, embarrassing the whole family. a fucking awful dude.
