five years ago today i was flying to california for the first time in forever to meet up for the first time with the lovelies who are some of my very best friends i miss the days of being able to do that at the drop of a hat and it's been forever since i've been where it feels like home

happy because i love it, sad because the last time i had it i was in california

I'm going through a really hard time right now and it's really nice to be reminded that people care in small ways like a package of cookies.
