The sheer, all consuming emptiness of ADHD
Aweful thing about adhd is the sheer emptiness when you havent done anything for a while that gets the dopamine flowing. Its not numbness like depression, it's pure emptiness.
From my experience, it seems to be more common in people with more inattentive symptoms and the more severe the symptoms, the more empty you feel.
The emptiness is probably the worst things I've ever felt; at my worst I have found myself wishing I was heartbroken or that my depression was back, just so the sheer emptiness would go away.
Its awful, awful, awful, awful, awful.

Live for others if you don't care about yourself
ADHD makes it hard to live for yourself. Motivating yourself internally is impossible and life is just ugh.
So I decided to do live for others. Its why I started my youtube channel, this blog and why I started volunteering. If I didn't care about living for myself, I'd live for others.
It really does work. Every second I waste could be another second I could be helping someone. When I mention this to my friends, they say it feels like too much pressure but I thrive under responsibility and pressure.
If you can't be bothered to live for yourself, then live for others. Dedicate yourself to helping the unfortunate.
WHY DOES ADHD MAKE ME WANT TO DO SOMETHING AND NOTHING AT THE SAME TIME! And why does it make me feel bad when I do either………arghhhhh.

ADHD tip for the office: As we are hypersensitive to sensory inputs, a desk fan will allow you to function clearer when its hot (and when the heating is on).
I'm curious as to what people feel is the worst aspects of ADHD. For me it's definitely the Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria and the brain fog but I'm quite curious as to what others think.
