This damn robot has been nothing but a pain in his goddamned ass. If it wasn't being too nice to Morty, it was starting to get the balls to actually disobey him. And when the robot's job was to stand in for Rick when Rick was busy in his lab, that was a problem. Either something was going weird with its programming, or it was gaining self awareness. Well, more self awareness than was programmed into it.
The robot was currently laying limp on the floor, shirt and jacket removed so that Rick could access its back control panel. Several plugs were sticking out of it, running to his computer. Rick had his feet up on his table as he stared at the diagnostic window on his computer, which was displaying information about the robot.
Nothing seemed particularly out of the ordinary, and the results were clean. Ugh. Maybe he needed to do a total reset of the robot's systems, which meant reinstalling its AI and fabricated memories. Rick typed a few lines into his computer and began the reset process.
