The witch was in his office like normal, when he felt a rather strange being enter his Realm. He could feel that whatever it was, did indeed have some Mortal in them. However, they also seemed to be partly Non-Mortal. The Non-Mortal part of whatever it was, felt familiar. Like he had sensed such a creature before, or had been near one before. He just couldn't figure it out, so he got up from his desk and walked right into Limbo.
On the other side where the other would have been, music would have started to play. The song commonly associated with the Mortal Limbo dance is what the music was. Skippy slowly started to appear from under the Limbo stick that had been off to the side, Limbo'ing right out from under the stick. The music played the entire time his happened, but it did of course eventually stop.
When it did stop, it had only done so after Skippy had fully appeared from under the stick, and had done a little hop. He adjusted his suit jacket, before looking around the area to see who it was that had entered his Realm. Upon seeing a man with long red hair, he gave a kind smile. Though of course, he had noticed that weapons that were on the man. That would have to go soon, no weapons were allowed in Limbo after all.
He walked over to the stranger, and lifted his hand to about the middle of in between the two. He snapped his finger, and a white card appeared in his hand. The kind smile still on his face as he handed the other the card. Which simply read:
'Skippy The Overlord's Underling.'
