Newly diagnosed with a brain tumor at 54. I have to get better.
How will I afford to be off work for months? How will I deal with surgery and treatment? How will my children handle this? I have children, grandchildren, and a husband. I have to get better. I heard this song today, for the first time, and it made me cry. It’s now my theme song. Tomorrow, before I go under anesthesia for a procedure, I will listen to @taylorswift sing my anthem. @andreaswift will be in my prayers tonight.
