i love detail photos, dress and ring closeups, but what really gets me are the moments you probably won’t remember. Drinking that mimosa while your best friend does your makeup... the best.

Bethany & Korey’s wedding was so beautiful! Justin and I shot video for this wedding but I can never resist taking a few photos. I just love table settings, can you blame me?!
Congrats Bethany and Korey!
Getting married soon? Message me on Facebook and I’ll be happy to chat with you. :)

A Goddess Within
Western beauty standards have been narrowly portrayed for decades—women must be tall, blonde, thin, and white in order to viewed as what the media defines as beautiful. Even in today’s world, there Is not much diversity among print ads and commercials alike, even though representation has come a long way in the past few years. For some, not fitting in these impossible-to-achieve physical standards can leave mental and physical scars that can take a lifetime to overcome. The Goddess Within aims to accurately show a more diverse representation of beauty that is quite obviously prevalent all over America. Using Greek goddesses that all relate nature, each photograph is meant to show the power a woman has within herself. This project will never be truly finished, as the beauty of women is vast and unique, and adequately representing the multitude of these various female bodies would take a lifetime. However, I hope the start of this project inspires some to begin loving the skin they are in.
Here is my finished thesis project! This is being shown right now at Studio 131 in Punxsutawney, PA, February 28th through March 3rd. Thank you to everyone that has come out to see it and support me, and a special thanks to all the models. Click on each photo to see the caption.
