My self indulgent Wandavision theory is that the person under witness protection that Jimmy was looking for is Norm/Abilash Tandon, solely because Asif Ali also played Jesse Fletcher from Agents of Shield. As Jesse worked for Cybertek due to the incentive program, it makes sense that he would need to be put under witness protection after being forced to work for Cybertek/Hydra.
