If my Commander is part of a mutate stack, and an opponent casts Leadership Vacuum, where do the non-Commander cards go? And if the other cards do go to the command zone, can I cast them?

They’ll wind up in the command zone and you won’t be able to do anything with them from there. This is unfortunate, but the command zone is a zone like any other and sometimes cards go there that aren’t supposed to be there.

Look on the bright side, though: If any of those creatures have abilities that work from the command zone, such as Yuriko or Derevi or Edgar Markov, those abilities will still work and be usable there even though the cards aren’t your commander.

Can Kitesail Corsair be declared as an attacker if the defending player controls Sandwurm Convergence?

Yes, it can.

A creature doesn’t become an attacking creature until the very end of the process of declaring attackers. Sandwurm Convergence and other attacking restrictions are considered earlier in the process and so Kitesail Corsair gets around the wrath of the hungry sandwurms somehow.

Does City of Solitude stop mana abilities? If so, does it combine with War Cadence to make my attacking creatures unblockable (as long as I pay at least 1 for X)?

City of Solitude forbids all abilities, including mana abilities, so your opponents won’t be able to pay for War Cadance.

RE: banned cards in Limited: would ante cards/dexterity cards/Shahrazad be banned? Years ago, when Coldsnap was new, my LGS managed to get some Ice Age and Alliances packs and draft the entire Ice Age block, and I wondered what would happen if someone opened an Amulet of Quoz.

None of those cards are banned in limited. Ante cards just can’t go in your deck, but you can still draft them.

What language do most players in Finland get their cards in?

English, pretty much exclusively. Any limited product you receive at an event here will be in English.

Cards in Russian and the other European languages (French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian) are more common here than they are in North America, but only because of the proximity to the countries where those cards are the norm and the prevalence of trading sites like MagicCardMarket and the fact that those foreign cards are usually much cheaper than English cards.

You won’t find packs of cards in those languages in Finnish stores any more than you would in North America. You find them occasionally as novelties, or as premium products for Japanese/Korean/Russian product.
