Have you ever had those moments where you’re having a hard time drawing hands but then you realise gloves exist and the character you’re sketching would canonically wear them and it basically becomes a eureka moment because hell yeah that’s 10 minutes off the clock trying to figure out how hand anatomy works-

shhhhhhhhhhh. 

we have to keep that a secret that way people don’t know that we cut corners.

I’m kinda imaging that Starlight would get one of those Valentine’s Day cards for Noodle as one of their gifts. It’d have a drawing of Ariel in it and say “We mermaid for each other~” I know Noodle most likely wouldn’t understand the card but at least Starlight would get a laugh out of it hahaha.

oh absolutely! i’m loving this idea that starlight tends to buy noodle things that make them laugh meanwhile neither of them have any idea that they have the same sense of humor. noodle is going to be much more interested in the cute little teddy bear they got him instead.

I can imagine Noodle learning to master redstone and build many, many contraptions to maximise farming efficiency. Probably stuff like a XP bank and a wheat farm, maybe even a storage sorting system!

takes him a lot of trial and error (and a little help from his starlight too) but he’d certainly get the hang of it after awhile and build some pretty interesting machines!

his favorite is a cookie dispenser.

So today I just had a brainfart where I suddenly forgot I had one step of stairs left to walk down on so I slipped and fell hard on my butt. The thing is, though.... i only have four steps of stairs :))

Man, it’s been really fun and amazing watching you grow!! I remember the first fic I read from you was rival. when it first came out, its premise interested me and it didn’t disappoint! Now half a year later you’ve created a whole world of wonderful boys and have 1000 people (including me unsurprisingly) simping for them. Congrats Alch! ;)

ahh, now you’re really going to start making me emotional! first of all how dare you bring up my weakness, rival!! (｡T ω T｡) 

that fic was my pride and joy, and being the first one i ever published means it’ll forever have a very special place in my heart. i think i’ve improved my writing a lot more since then but man do i still love going back and reading it from time to time when i feel like i’m in a writing slump. finally gaining the courage to publish that fic is what originally convinced me to start this blog too so.. i’m really glad it brought you here ;;

and... because of me?? goodness.. i’m really glad i could spread some joy around with all the goofy ideas in my head. in the end it’s all i could really ask for, to spread some cheer and inspiration around for others. it’s because everyone has been so kind and amazing that i’ve felt so motivated to keep improving like this. never once has it been a feeling like, ‘i have to do this or else...!’ but more like.. i genuinely want to because it makes me so happy. it’s the first time i’ve invested so heavily into a hobby and it’s been so much fun i can’t even properly describe!

it’s even now actually become a goal of mine to maybe one day make some wages of my writing or my art, and believe me just a year ago i would’ve never even considered the idea of something like that. so.. thank you so much! i’m so glad to have you here!
