Sleep is so incredibly unnecessary, like let me just interrupt my productive enjoyable awake time to do NOTHING for 9 hours 😦 if you did anything else for 7-10 hours straight they would call you crazy it’d be unhealthy but wasting that time doing nothing is just an everyday activity. And your not even tired half the time so you waste more time laying in bed awake not doing anything because your trying to go to sleep and feeling guilty cuz you should be sleeping, then finally when you wake up it’s day and it’s bright and loud and everyone else is awake asleep
