Fatma Ali Al Ajmi was muttered by her brother in a hospital in kuwait earlier this week. The lack of attention and defeating silence from not only our community but of most member of parliament is shocking and horrific. ⠀ ⠀ The murder of Fatma is unfortunately not a singular event but a true reflection of the history of so called honor killings. Even if her murder was not a textbook definition of it, the reason stems from the entitlement that many male authority figures feel they have. Are we your honor or are we whole individuals?
