Painting this abominable yeti was quite a challenge. With such a vast white area it was hard to build up interest and contrast on him. Opted to go for a sort of color shift depending on view with the blues and try and bring some of those purple tones into the fur around his exposed skins. It isn’t my favorite piece, but it is a fun model.
