When one's faced with the intimidating wall that's an artist's block, there are many ways to go around it, and it usually depends on the person rather than on the suggestion. That said, I could try giving some myself and you can figure out if they work for you, or not.

Use writing prompts, write quick drafts that you can later rework or develop, revisit old songs or themes, write down your thoughts or feelings so you can understand what it is you'd like to communicate, write poetry. Etc.
