Adrian is a lifelong resident of Las Vegas. His parents were not wealthy or influential. His mother was a school teacher in a low income school, and his father was a night time security guard for the museum. He has 2 older sisters, and a younger brother.
Ever since he was young, Adrian has been trying to help wherever he can, sometimes annoyingly so. He was always a good, student and very social. He was Valedictorian, Captain of the Swim Team, involved in the Drama Club, and Class President.
Following in his mother’s footsteps, Adrian became a school teacher, teaching history, coaching the swim team. He was popular with the kids, and popular with the parents. It was a struggling school, but he did what he could to lighten up the lives of his students.
When the district chose to make cuts that affected the Las Vegas schools, he couldn’t standby any longer and jumped into the race for the Las Vegas City Council knowing they helped appoint the County School Trustees.
He ran an uphill campaign again an entrenched incumbent, but by walk and knocking on as many doors as possible, and by meeting as many people as possible, Adrian was able to pull it off by 25 votes.
Adrian is going on his second year on the Las Vegas City Council and he’s already trying to launch major anti corruption campaigns that could potentially place a target on his back from all the gang life that seeks to control the city.
He remains unphased, and unworried, only seeking to help the people of Las Vegas.

Adrian is the third born son, and youngest child of the Ruling Lord and Lady of House Serrett.
Most expected him to fade away into the background considering both his older brothers were stronger

His goal is simple: avoid the fate of most third sons, a Maester or Septon.
