jacquelin ‘jake’ adair, 14. crafts for crime. jacquelin is a forger and a good one. she’ll sell her fakes to people looking for shortcuts, and occasionally trades them for the real deal, which she immediately sells for a high price. her sales are never done in person, though usually she’s at the scene to make sure she gets paid for the goods and that the middlemen aren’t screwing her over when she needs them.

her main income is on forged gym badges - they’re the easiest thing to pass as real except if you try to use them to get into leagues. higher priced items are involved with mega evolution, dynamaxing, and z-moves, but they’re also harder for her to make and the bands for them are almost always just on commission. the stones that go with mega evolution and z-moves, however, she does make and sell.

as soon as the heat gets too big on her, she packs the essentials and leaves, looking basically like a normal trainer.
