I love Aban. He is not the prettiest boof and he's very gruff but hes really straight forward and won't mince his words... plus he just wants to keep everyone alive and taken care of.

Aban isn’t safe from pretty pink bows and barrettes from the puppies either
but he’s less pleased about it
Nashira likes to kiss Aban’s scarred face too, even where there’s exposed teeth
Aban is big n chunky and covered in scars

Still "begrudgingly" lays down for puppies to climb on him
It's probably hard to braid hair with missing fingers but Aban does it anyways
