Nope, definitely not. She has a strong aversion to sex and intimacy, and earning the trust from her that it would require to get to that point takes time and patience.

Azalea has a deeply-rooted lack of trust in people, especially men, so it’s doubtful she would make that first move even if someone were to catch her interest in that way. It takes initiative from the other party to get her to consider anything of the sort.
I think Azalea would want absolutely nothing to do with Bucky Barnes. Not because she doesn't like him or think he's a good person- but because she DOES. She'd see him as so much better than her. They both did horrible things for Hydra, but he didn't have a choice in his. He was brainwashed, she wasn't. She was a child when she was taken, sure, but she still feels like she could have said no and she didn't. She chose her life over other's and Bucky never got to choose. He, in her mind, is ten times the person she is and she thinks he would hate her for it.
I've yet to rp with a Bucky but the way I see it happening is she would be uncharacteristically rude to him. Like for no apparent reason and she'd push him away but still feel the need to be around him and eventually he confronts her about it and she finally admits why she's so weird around him. And it's because he understands her. He knows better than anyone else what she's been through and on top of that he's attractive and so damn charming (bc this is James Buchanan Barnes we're talking about he's a ladies man) and she doesn't want him to be nice to her because she doesn't even have the option of opening up to him because he ALREADY KNOWS and it's terrifying to fall for someone who knows the hell she went through and what they turned her into. And she totally would fall for him. Romantically or platonically she'd become insanely attached and that's not good. You shouldn't be attached to someone who could leave at any moment
And you tried to change, didn't you? Closed your mouth more. Tried to be softer, prettier, less volatile, less awake...You can't make homes of human beings...You are terrifying, and strange, and beautiful. Something not everyone knows how to love.
