Pretty terrible! I mean okay so first and foremost she doesn’t even remember that she has a twin brother which oof

But also, Cathy went through some pretty traumatizing not-It related stuff in Derry and doesn’t remember any of it but still has to live with the side effects so that definitely sucks, like... doctors are the masters of gaslighting to begin with but when you also have a phobia of doctors (and can’t remember why) and can’t explain why you have any of the symptoms that you do like... rip baby girl

She has a job that she loves but outside of that she feels very empty and lonely and has fairly severe depression

Yes - most compliments would make her uncomfortable if they weren’t coming from her friends, and even if they don’t make her uncomfortable they would only really hold value to her if they were coming from the Losers

Anything that involves Richie, definitely

She wouldn’t be insulted if it was the Losers (usually) because she knows that they actually love him
