well, well, well if it isn’t cecelia pham running around peach hollow. legend has it, they come from peach place and have lived here for their whole life. if you’re wondering what they’ve been up to, i hear they’re a hotel manager for a living. they have been known to be impulsive yet generous. a word of advice to them, always look over your shoulder. you never know who is watching.
Cecelia Pham’s family was one of the first to settle in Peach Hollow before the colossal economy boom in the early 1900s. They came from humble beginnings and just a little more than enough to get them through life. While they didn’t have much, what they did have was drive. After seeing all the businesses begin to pop up around town, her grandfather scrounged together whatever extra money they had, cut back costs and somehow gathered enough money to buy a piece of land. This would be the future site of the Peach Hollow Hotel. Her family has managed the hotel for over 100 years.
The Pham family (ha) is pretty strict and offered very little flexibility or remorse for mistakes. They demanded perfection, often saying that they didn’t get to where they are today off of slacking and not striving to do their very best at all times. Cece’s older brothers were perfect children. They got good grades, never got in trouble, and did anything for their parents at the drop of a dime. Cece, on the other hand, was more of a free spirit and struggled with the rules that her parents put in place. In high school, she often snuck out of their home in Peach Place to hang out with friends, and in university, she would tell her parents she was studying but would be roaming around town or swimming at the country club. Though she never got in any real trouble, Cece was sure that if word got out to her parents of her after-school antics, her life as she knew it would come to an end. This strict upbringing caused Cece to learn how to be sneaky and secretive about nearly everything in her life - at least, the things her parents didn’t approve of.
Though she doesn’t like to admit it, Cece is very spoiled. Cee never had to worry about money, never had to ask for much, and never had to think about when bills were due. She was very privileged all though her life, but this hasn’t made her insensitive to the realities that many of the residents of Peach Hollow face every day. As a result, she is incredibly giving and kind. She picks up the check whenever she’s out with friends, takes her friends out to the country club, but never flaunts her money. Cece doesn’t like being known as a rich girl. She doesn’t like negative connotations that come with money, and often hangs out as far away from Peach Place as humanly possible.
Just like her father, mother and two older brothers, Cece now works at Peach Hollow Hotel as a manager. She’s only been in the position for a couple months and is still getting comfortable with telling others what to do, and dealing with complaints, but she hopes that through her positive attitude and constructive criticism, she can help transform the hotel for the better.

Cece is super friendly and could see your mun as just a friend and tries to ignore the feelings they have for her
