What's Effy's relationship like with her brother?

This question is so hard for me because it is very dependent on where Effy is in life, and if she knows about werewolves yet or not. There is no doubt she always loves her brother most; he is her favorite person. That doesn’t mean that she isn’t resentful. From the time Effy was 5 years old she didn’t think anyone loved her. She’d been ripped away from the only family she’d ever had, and denied contact with them. She was alone. Scott never had to go through that. Scott always knew his mom loved him. Effy is resentful of that; she’s resentful of the fact Scott was loved. She doesn’t wish the roles were reversed though.
When she moves back things seem good, until they aren’t. It’s like he never has time for her. She doesn’t understand why he said he was so happy to have her back, if he is just going to bail on her, and hide things from her. She feels alone, because Scott isn’t there. She’s angry, because she doesn’t want to feel like that anymore. When he tells ehr, she understands, but is hurt it too him so long.
I guess long story short, she loves her brother, but NEVER feels like she’s a good enough sister. She never feels like she’s deserving of his love. In my verse with Keegan, it’s even amplified. She goes to Keegan with her problems instead of Scott. She can’t burden Scott, she’s too much to handle. She hates burdening Keegan also..but he literally signed up for it when he made the choice to be her friend.

"No. Scott is the only person who I can always count on. What happened to me wan’t his fault. There are times that I wish he had kept up with me better or tried a little harder, but he has his own life and I understand that. I love my brother, more than anything."
