Ecruteak born and raised, ghost and dark type specialist, with a particular passion for the Gastly and Houndour lines (and more recently, Alolan Meowth). My main partner is a Gengar called Spook; we've been friends since I was a child wandering around the Burned Tower, and he tagged along for my first main excursion through Johto, slowly but surely levelling up and becoming the fully evolved pokemon he is today.
We run a small apothecary in Ecruteak for herbal and natural based remedies, both for pokemon and people. Stop by if you ever need a hand combating anything from a human with a minor headache, to a Houndoom with anxious tendencies.
Speaking of, my Houndoom is called Sable. She's a bit of a goofball, and very sweet. Can usually be found snoozing in the shop, but when she's awake, feel free to say hello to her. She's very good natured, and if she ever does need space, she has her own little den at the back of the shop. She also runs deliveries locally, so if you're not able to pick up your meds, that's an option for you.
We will occasionally travel between Johto and Kanto for pokemon fostering and collections of unwanted 'mons. Unfortunately ghost and dark type pokemon are still very misunderstood by the general populace, and are often at the brunt of abandonings. Myself and Ecruteak's gym leader, my good friend Morty, are working together to rehome as much as we can. Please reach out if you require any help, or advice. I'm also looking into running training classes specifically for the Gastly and Houndour lines, so watch this space. This will include battle techniques and training for specific moves, general and specialist care; looking after their mental and emotional wellbeing as well as physical, and for Houndour and Houndoom specifically, we're potentially going to run a course on training for protection and guarding.
