Her staff:

Obviously, as a sorcerer, having a conduit for her magic not only amplifies and channels her power, but also like other magic tools prevent accidental back-surges of magical energy which can cause pretty bad injuries or side effects to the user. Mana’s staff can extend out like Mahad’s so she can use it like a quarterstaff in physical altercations.

Her Knives:

Since she was a child and in need of defending herself on the streets, a small pocket-sized knife was her tool of choice. Easy to hide and quick to draw if needed, it was one of very few items that were brought with her to the palace when she was taken in. When her knife was discovered, she was given training on how to implement her tool in real fights, including with her magic. Nowadays she has a small arsenal (of maybe One Thousand—) that she uses.

What’s a magician without their spell-book? This book is a collection of thousands of years of work— spells, magic circles, potion recipes and information that’s needed for quick casting and on-the-fly magical fun.

Special mentions:

Mana really loves her knight sword from her fusion with Timeus, and there was a time that she borrowed another duel monster’s weapon, a rose-thorn whip, which she absolutely adored learning how to use.

okay guys, lesson in the use of Mana in Nox

mana, as I’ve mentioned, functions kinda like a mix or radiation and the Force from Star Wars.  meaning it’s in everything but it’s not just a feature of the planet, it’s a feature the gods that made it left in.  this means that how you use mana effects you more than just what you do with it, it effects you physically and mentally. 

if you’re in Wizard class your body will just not be as strong as people from the other classes.  that doesn’t mean that you won’t or can’t be fit, it’s just that you simply can’t be as physically strong as them.  most of your energy is going to be going towards your mental abilities and a shift will occur that will allow you to understand the complexities of magic better since the deities that govern the Wizard Order are more along the scholarly line.  combine that with spells that allow you to boost your speed to be able to outrun a car and the ability and mind power to construct elaborate traps, Wizards typically just don’t need it.  they are the classic dps type as far as rpg’s go

Fire Knights are on the opposite end of the spectrum, magic stays inside their bodies and boosts them both physically and mentally, though not in the way it does for Wizards.  this mental boost allows them to process information much faster than the other two Orders, boosting their reflexes and ability to strategize even under intense pressure.  Fire Knights are up close and personal because that’s where their greatest strength lies, in their strength and in their reflexes.  though they do have ranged weapons they need to be used strategically as opposed to just aiming a spell like a Wizard or even a Conjuror can do.  they are the tank if you’re going with an rpg system

Conjurors are, as in everything, a balance of the two, as such they’re neither able to master the same level of spell craft as the Wizards, or are able to take the brutal punishment of the Warriors.  because of their parton deities they are very adapt at taking what’s already there in the natural world and using it for their own purposes, they have to be to survive.  they can get up close for a few things, but are mostly long range and support for their summons.   they are mostly a healer/ranger class if you’re going for rpg type
