How would all of the milos feel including maybe perfect milo feel if I kidnapped him, tied him to a chair and then shower him with affection and then getting milo out of the chair if I trust him enough and he's only allowed to STAY inside of the house(I ain't letting him leave my house unless we're going somewhere together)

PreMilo would be very scared at first and would try to fawn over you as much as possible as he'd be scared of upsetting you, but I think as time goes on, he will develop stockholm syndrome and come to enjoy the affection. Depending on when you decide to let him out of the chair and how much he's attached to you, he may try to run away or he will accept his fate and stay indoors.
Manipulation Milo is pretty much totally into this and would probably get you to give him even MORE affection, even if it does take some guilt tripping. However, he's very happy to have your eyes on him. Once out of the chair, he's actually likely to sneak out and come back, probably to do his own picture taking or stalking. Maybe somehow give you gifts as well.
Violence Milo is probably the most obedient though he would initially be annoyed since he believes its his role to protect you. Of course after a while he will enjoy affection (especially if its a lot of cuddling or headpatting) and he will be so excited to see you come back. Once he is out of the chair he will obey you and basically be the best househusband ever and taking care of the house when you're gone.
Perfect Milo would probably always keep an eye on you regardless of where you are, though he would stay in the house if you ask him to. Given he's sort of like an incorporate being he doesn't really need to move or do anything since he probably has eyes everywhere. When you do let him go though, he will probably always keep a clone or version of him in the house but will somehow have another one follow you wherever you go so technically he's not fully leaving the house.
