Oh that's really cool to hear! Yeah, apparently Scorpio Rising posts (all 3 of them I have on this blog) are something people really navigate towards.
This person has extreme sensitvities. They felt like they were really controlled by other people their whole life, so what they wish the most is to not be controlled, but just that you trust them instead. However, the very high chance is they end up being controlling themselves. They will feel as if there is not other way to defend themselves again controlling people, but to be CONTROLLING themselves. In true Scorpio fashion, this behaviour they have and recieve goes in INFINITE CIRCLES and CYCLES.
They probably didn't receive enough (or wanted) affection, attention. So they really crave to just trust someone with their emotions and that they can be openly expressive with them and not get backstabbed for that or taken advantage of or being manipulated somehow.
So their love language is really soft and cosy and they just want to make sure to make you comfortable in the initial stage, like you are open to share anything with them and you won't be judged.
It really depends more on their Mars sign at this point since they are Scorpio Rising. To really understand their behaviour further.
I think it would also help if you don't have too many Aquarius placements. I noticed Gemini energy is the only Air energy Scorpio Rising are comfortable with. Sometimes even Libra, but they can easily become too superficial for their liking. However, Aquarius on the other hand... too flightly, unpredictable energy for Scorpio Risings!
Not to get too negative here, but it's quite challenging to get into Scorpio Rising person's circle. Because they have a tendency to pick you themselves first. Since it's very important for them to feel comfortable around you first.
But advice that always helps is: talk to people, actually try to communicate more with your person.
