Nope! Bull tried teaching her while he was alive but she was never interested. She learned to be nimble but she still gets into some predicaments fairly often!

What superpower would you most like to have?
to actually be able to cheer people up when they’re havin a hard time
What is your favourite kind of weather?
honestly, sunshine. I love a nice sunshiney day where it’s warm enough for me to sit outside and bask (I am half plant, half cat) and I would be out in the sun a lot more often if I weren’t so liable to catch fire
Would you rather explore space or the sea?
can i just....admire space and the sea from afar? I’m not really very adventurous
What language that you aren’t already fluent in would you most like to learn?
any? Spanish could be helpful, or Mandarin
What do you do to cheer yourself up when you’re down?
sound cave (headphones with vaguely loud music). It doesn’t really...cheer me up, though, so much as give me a solid space to exist in until I feel better.
What is something you’ve done this year that you’re proud of?
I joined a writing group. Y’all have been so amazing for both my fic and my life and I am eternally grateful for it
What’s your favourite holiday tradition? (Any holiday, not necessarily winter)
so, my favorite thing is Christmas Eve at my mom’s house. We get popcorn or cheese logs and meat sticks and crackers and then open our movie. My mom always gets a recent movie release that we enjoyed and then we get to watch a cool movie and eat yummy snack foods. I’m trying to introduce it to hubs as a Thing

I used to want to be a veterinarian until the day someone’s vet parent brought a dog heart to class and I had to be excused to the library cuz I couldn’t handle it (this was in elementary school)
whenever anyone asks me if I’ve heard the directions for something (like a school assignment, for example), and I have actually heard, I pretend to not be sure even if I am 100% sure because I don’t want to be the know it all
I act way cooler than I actually am. I am 100% a ball of anxiety and if I ever met any of you it would take me hours to calm down probably because I’d be so worried about what you must think of me and how I can be likable

“How I Write” meme
I was tagged in this by the loooovely @hollyand-writes <3 and just realized I’ve been tagged in like three other things in the last week or two and haven’t done them, so WHOOPS and sorry y’all!
Is there a snack you like to eat while writing?
I love popcorn, but I do have a tendency to either focus on eating or focus on writing if I have a snack and then one or the other gets abandoned and I feel bad. It’s typically the writing that gets abandoned, though I’ve come back to cold dinners before when I’ve had a particular run of an idea.
What time of day do you usually write?
All day. If I can, anyway. I’m most often at work in the early-ish mornings (~6am) and home by the early afternoons, so a lot of what I write is done late afternoon, early evening. On the days I don’t work, I’m typically attempting to write most of the day, from 9 or 10am until I go to bed. (though I do sometimes take a day break for video games ^_^)
Where do you write?
I have a few places. The one I’m most consistently writing at is my desktop computer in the office at my house. This is the computer with my word count document on it, so that’s where I generally try to be.
The second place is out in the living room. I only write there occasionally, and usually only in the mornings when I’m having my coffee (because I like to sit and read fic out there in the mornings, typically).
The third is the breakroom at work. I don’t write there often because the chances of me being along and thus having the peace and quiet are slim.
How often do you write a new thing?
Weeeeell, depends, I guess. I’ve been trying to not start so many new things, BUT at least my new things have just been oneshots and not other multi-chaptered fics. So...I start new things several times a month, honestly. I just end up finishing them within a couple days too.
Do you listen to music while you write?
I do! Honestly, silence does not work well for me. I find that soundtracks are my best bet usually, without so many words. In the last month or two, I’ve listened to the Power Rangers movie soundtrack (which is A+ guys seriously) and the Fate of the Furious soundtrack (which really gets the blood pumpin; cuz it’s full of things I don’t usually listen to to write, namely hip-hop and rap [but it’s sooo goooood]).
The one thing I listen to consistently is the Writing Fuel playlist on Spotify, made by @fontscosplay, who honestly does some of the best playlists I’ve found. Ever. This playlist has gotten me through so many writing sessions.
Paper or laptop?
Desktop, usually! Laptop occasionally. Paper on very rare occasions. Most of my writing goes straight from my brain into a typed document. I’m a pretty fast typer so it’s easier for me to get my thoughts out that way because I can actually move at something closer to the speed I think at.
Paper is used for notes (it’s where I keep my outlines and any scribbled notes about things to tie in later or things I forgot about and need to bring up again) and occasionally I will begin writing a drabble in my notebook. I will typically start typing it soon thereafter and finish it on the computer, though.
Do you have a special pre-writing ritual?
Uuuuuh, does looking at the tumblr tab in my browser and saying “I should write” all sheepish like count?
I always have my longfic in a tab in my browser (I have the settings such that all my tabs come back when I open it again) as well as whatever else I may have been working on (a kissfic in today’s case). So I’ll pull open that tab and start up my playlist, but that’s about the closest I can come to a ritual.
What do you do to get into the writing?
Like @hollyand-writes, I’ll typically reread where I was just at to get back in the mindset. And then I just stare at the document until I get an idea for where to go next if I left off at a weird spot (which, I’ll be honest, I usually do).
Do you have a reward system for word counts?
Nah, just a mental gratification thing. It’s one reason I keep my word count document. That way I can see, in a really concrete way, how my count has kept going up (or flatlined as the case was for half of April but anyway). Every so often I just look at my total word count (169,647 as of today before I’ve started writing) and just...freak out a little that I’ve managed to write that many words in the last year. It’s a good freak out, though. Basically.
Is there anything else about your writing process your readers don’t know?
I am an incredibly linear writer. I will start at Chapter One and continue straight through until Chapter The End. It is a very rare occasion that I’ll write something out of sequence inside a chapter and an even rarer occasion that I’ll write something out of sequence for another chapter. All of my works have been like this, too: every oneshot has been done from the beginning to the end.
I do have the first part of a future chapter sitting in my “Albatross” document, waiting, but it’s still a ways away. It’s there from an extremely rare case of writing out of sequence got me back into the brainspace to keep going where I was supposed to be.
