oh those are fun questions. all multiples of five!
5. would you hug your muse?
Without question. With the shit I put them through it's the least I could do.
10. talk about your writing
Gaaaah I hate vague questions. Idk what to say other than writing is incredibly important to me. I've tried to write every day since I was thirteen, even if it's just a sentence or two in my notes app. Writing has allowed me to travel across the world and make incredible friends, and I'll always be grateful for that.
15. what does your name mean?
I never use my first or last name online to avoid doxxing myself, just my middle name(s): Vivien Phyllis. I wasn't born with them, I legally changed my name at 21 when my grandma got cancer to honour her. Vivien means 'lively' or 'alive' from the Latin root vivus. Phyllis is of Greek origin meaning 'foliage' and was the daughter-in-law of Theseus, who turned into an almond tree when her husband was lost in the Trojan War.
I have a soft spot for Gef the talking mongoose (seriously, look him up), but if you want something less obscure I'll settle for Mothman.
Not in the slightest - I'm nominally Church of England thanks to an emergency christening in hospital as a baby, but I was raised completely outside of the church. Not including weddings and funerals I can count the times I've been inside of one willingly on one hand. It's partly why I enjoy writing Atreion's relationship with their own religion so much, along with how they view the Chantry from an outsider's perspective.
