About Zeke:

Born & Raised in Shrike Heights. Central Business District to be precise. Still lives at home/hoping to move out soon!

Raised by his grandparents, the youngest of four siblings. He and his siblings all have the same mom but different fathers (the middle two are twins!). Though he has no idea who his dad is, his mom is very much alive and the two are pretty close. His mother just never had the capacity to actually raise her kids and after enough episodes, she was forced to give up custody to her parents. But Zeke still maintains a relationship with her despite a varying degree of opinions from the rest of his family.

Besties w/ Dustin Waerea ( @takemecn) like that's his boy for life for LIFE. They've grown up together and have always supported each other. He's truly Dustin's #1 fan and cheerleader.

Zeke was a happy kid, or at least he tried to be. For all the anger that life could hold, Zeke still figures he got a good deal. Sure it wasn't traditional but his grandparents stepped up in a major way and they've been financially stable enough that Zeke has always had a pretty comfortable life.

He's most insecure about his intelligence, having struggled through most of school, pretty sure he wouldn't have graduated if it wasn't for his friends pulling hims through. He decided not to bother with college and got a job instead.

He LOVES his jobs. He started at the roller disco first and is an extremely enthusiastic and hilarious instructor. He's pretty talented on his skates but he does it with such ease he makes it seem like anyone can do it and he believes it. His sessions at the jazzercise studio are just as energetic and he truly takes pride in what he does. He's a pretty active person and it's hard for him to be still at times so having high energy jobs are perfect for him.

Takes his fitness pretty seriously but takes his pleasure and fun even more seriously. Loves a good time of all kinds!

He's pretty talkative so he'll strike up a conversation with anyone. He'll ask a million questions and then abruptly change the subject.

More to come as always. This is an updated version of an old chara but really just by name and vibes LOL otherwise we'll see!

OFF by Mortis Ghost

the amount of love i hold for this weird little game is impossible to quantify. it’s surreal and odd and it might not be for everyone, but it is so dear to me, so important. and it’s free, so really. what is there to lose?

Iconoclasts by Joakim Sandberg

if OFF is my all time favourite game, then Iconoclasts is my all time favourite game that costs them dollars, because oh, do i love Iconoclasts so so much. it’s gorgeous, with some of the most visceral scenes i’ve ever seen done with pixels, and just. really beautiful backgrounds. plus, the story is right up my alley, and i love literally every character. it’s just a perfect game

Undertale by Toby Fox

oh Undertale, how dear you are to me, even after all this time. i’ve long since fallen out of this fandom, long since lost interest in this amazing, perfect game. but never doubt me- Undertale is amazing, is a journey everyone should take, and if you somehow haven’t played it, please. do yourself a favour, and play it

Night in the Woods by Infinite Fall

Night in the Woods is relatable in the best worst kind of way. it’s a game that cracks open your ribs to tug at every nerve you’ve got cobbled up in your heart, and it is absolutely amazing. it’s the kind of game that make you choke up and make your chest ache, and it is worth every minute you spend with it

Hollow Knight by Team Cherry

as much as i love every single other game on this list, Hollow Knight is, hands down, the best one out of the whole lot. it’s a masterpiece, polished to a perfect shine, and, on top of that, it is absolutely heaving with content. it does get a bit too hard with some of its newer content, but the main story is fantastic, with near perfect gameplay, and a really amazing story

Hyper Light Drifter by Heart Machine

Hyper Light Drifter’s biggest and best strength is the sheer #Aesthetic it exudes. it’s gorgeous, with an amazing sense of style, and some gorgeous tasty glitch-effects thrown in. while there is no words ever written, the game still manages to tell a story, to hit you where it hurts and leave you reeling- there’s something special about Hyper Light Drifter that, no matter how wordy i get, i just cannot put a finger on

Owlboy by D-Pad Studio

Owlboy is cozy. it’s cozy and it’s pretty, and there is just something about this game that makes me go all fond and soft and happy. i love Owlboy- i love its casts and its story and its gorgeous visuals, and i love flying, the way it controls and feels, and Owlboy is just a game that makes me happy and content

Angels of Death by Makoto Sanada

compared to every other game on this list, Angels of Death is rather unremarkable. it’s nowhere near as polished as the others; it’s not particularly pretty or stunning, and it is, at its heart, a RPGmaker game. but Angels of Death’s strength lies not with its visuals, but with its characters. because oh man, do i love these two. their relationship is so well-written, and it’s heart-aching and it’s codependent, and it’s worth the full price just to get to witness their story unfold

and these are my favourite games. there’s other games i love and adore, that i could ramble on about forever, but, really. these are the top dogs. the ones i adore above all else. the ones i buy for my friends, because i just have to share

I’d like to know about 4 & 18 for Zeke

4. In developing their backstory, what elements of the world they live in played the most influential parts?

Well, the general fact that demons live in a different dimension and cross over to the human side is a huge thing for Zeke’s backstory. During Zeke’s human life, there was a massive wave of demon invasions, and he pretty much spent his whole 28 years bulking up to fight them. This is no spoiler - he fucking hates demons, and he wants to see every last one of them dead.

Another major world element that affects Zeke’s backstory is his relationship (?) the Spirit of Chaos, also (un)known as Raedleas - the daddy of demons himself. Around 800 years before the story begins, Zeke strikes a deal with Raedleas in exchange for a second life full of power. This is a world element bc Raedleas is a primordial being who has helped shaped the world into its current state. AND, even though Raedleas made demons as cruel as they can be with a certain thirst for human blood, he is still giving Zeke-y-poo a chance to make his little impossible dream come true, you get me?

Other, like more natural elements of the world are like - well Western Edel, where he is from, is landlocked, so Zeke has never seen the sea - that is, until Ch. 4 when he breaks out of Emile’s office and discovers Wynburh is in fact a city by the seaside!

 18. What is the most recent thing you’ve discovered about your OC?

This is a really really hard question to answer, and a large part of this is because I haven’t been talking to Zeke recently. 

I’ll tell you something I recently discovered about his dnd AU Titan form - He’s easier to fuck than to kiss, tho HE SUCKS AT BOTH OF THOSE PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE GRIEF.

And you know what?

That’s canon.
