Kit: While the littles continue their argument about colors, I’m a green kinda person. Carson: Red, all the way. Arin: Oh yeah, definitely red, like blood red. Magda: Always had a preference for blue myself. Teagan: Is it weird that I don’t have one? Kit: A little. Teagan: Like, I don’t think I’ve ever particularly had a preference. Maybe purple, at a stretch?

[ 🗾 ] how self-sufficient is your muse? are they more independent, or do they need others around them?

Arin is pretty self-sufficient in superficial ways. They figured out how to climb the ladder and become a manager. They afford a child on their own. But in deeper ways, I think he needs people more than he wants to. They're looking for a balance between doing everything on their own and needing people so much that they screw up, and they definitely haven't found it yet.

[ 💐 ] what is your muse like in relationships?

When things are at a level they're comfortable with, they're not a bad partner. He's decisive and good at remembering things like important dates and what you like. He's an excellent gift giver, especially that kind that's like "gets you things you would never have thought of but immediately love." They express love pretty well in all love languages, and are good at spotting what their partners need. But if someone tries to get too serious with them or they're worried they are getting too serious (especially now that they have Sasha and like...have to think about being a good parent) they're like "yeah no this has to end." They aren't as good at working through rough patches, either, so it's very much a "when it's good, it's good, and when it's not, it's over," kind of person.

No childhood friends! Arin has staunchly avoided seeing people from their childhood. He doesn't want to be reminded of any version of himself that existed before like 5 years ago. He has some friends that are important to him, but they're all post-Sasha friends.

[ 🧭 ] does your muse know what they want? how well can they advocate for themselves?

I wouldn't say Arin knows what he wants. They definitely know what they want moment-to-moment but they have a hard time with, like, life-plans. He definitely self-advocates for the things he thinks he wants, though. If they want something, they make it happen for themself one way or another.

Well, they did entirely run a way and create a new life for themself to avoid marrying someone they were having second thoughts about so...yeah. In general, if they have a thought that's like "I could just run away," they've always followed through with it.

They do. They have a few activists and celebrities they look up to, especially in terms of gender stuff, and they also have some friends they look up to: Raleigh for being a sunshine, Sophie for being a good parent, Wren for doing the same shit as them...

Sort of in between? Arin is very decisive, and typically, once they've made a decision, they follow through with it, and it's hard to get them to waver from that, even if something is hard. But on the other hand, they are sort of impulsive so if they have the thought of, like, "I could just stop doing this and do something else instead," it's hard to shake them from that thought.

Arin is more reserved these days, but he used to be more of a flirt! If he likes someone, though, he definitely does go on a charm-offensive, but he won't flirt with someone he isn't into (anymore).

I don't think so, honestly. Arin is friendly and outgoing, but he's not good at building really strong friendships. I think people know they can rely on them for certain things, but definitely not for, like, anything.
