5. When did you last sing to yourself? To someone else?
I sing to myself every time I take a shower, should’ve seen me rock out to Old Town Road this morning. And before you say it, yes, I do know it’s an old hit at this point, but I still get it stuck in my head all the time. As for the second question - I’m not much of a singer, so I don’t tend to sing to people very often, the only occasion I can think of where I’d sing to someone is karaoke. Haven’t gone to a karaoke night in a while though, so…
19. If you knew that in one year you would die suddenly, would you change anything about the way you are now living? Why?
Oh, 100%. I would dedicate a month at most to finiding a trusty and worthy successor to Miller Ventures, I would make sure the business was all set to continue as usual after I’m gone and that I’m not going to be missed within the company. Fortunately for this scenario, I don’t have much else tying me to New York, so I’d simply pack my bags and move back to my hometown, I’d try to spend as much time as possible with my family, maybe do some travelling with them, take my mom to Spain, visit a couple of good soccer games with Rick and my brothers, make sure my little sister had everything she wanted. Truth be told, I’d probably go overboard on spoiling my family, but can you really blame me for that? I’d take a couple of weekend here and there to fly out to Boston and reunite with my college buddies too, throw some killer parties, like we did back in the day. Maybe do a speech or two on campus trying to motivate students and remind them of what really matters, tell them they shouldn’t lose sight of what really matters. Then again, preaching about priorities is much easier when you know how long you’ve got left.
