This wasn’t even hard, I found it and Cauthrien was like that one, points @ that, thats me, look at this massive dork
“You need to think about yourself every once in a while.”
WORRIED STARTERS
“Do I?”
The words were meant mostly in jest, a tang of sarcasm to them to mask the ache in her voice or the exhaustion she felt. Bruises and cuts littered her body, some she saw were turning a worrying colour. But Wardens could resist poison and disease couldn’t they? There was no need to worry about these kinds of things if they weren’t going to impede her work. Why take time to tend to injuries when you didn’t need to? The mission was important, time was precious, after becoming a Warden, Cauthrien had taken less and less steps to care for herself and her body.
She’d thought herself past this, thought that she had grown up from this level of dominating carelessness. Apparently, without people around her who knew her, people who could tell when she needed reminding, she was still as useless at this as ever.
She gave a small bark of rueful laughter, leaning over her knees to give a pained sigh.
“No, perhaps you are more right than I give credit for.”
