If you had a week off for vacation, how would you spend it?
I would go back to Kennebunkport. I know that’s silly but I haven’t seen my parents since Easter and I miss them.
If I had to choose a real vacation then I’ve always wanted to go to Disneyland Paris.

12: Have you ever stayed up 48 hours?
I don’t think quite that long, but I’ve done allnighters.
13: Do you hate anyone at the moment?
No, definitely not.
15: Have any pets?
Answered
18: Are you scared of spiders?
No, not really. I mean, I don’t go out of my way to touch them, but they don’t really bother me.
51: Favourite food?
Lobster. Always. But only good Maine lobster with lots of butter.
59: Do you like the snow?
I love the snow. A lot of my favorite childhood memories are snowball fights, building forts, and running around through the snow on the beach.
66: Do you have a friend of the opposite sex who you can act your complete self around?
I think I have a few, actually. For me, friendship and gender don’t really affect how I act around people. I’m as much myself with male friends than female friends.
what is kennebunkport like?
It’s a small town, but it never really felt like one growing up just because we knew so many people and there were so many tourists in the summer.
It’s very quaint New England - little cottages surrounded by monstrosities that Out-of-State rich people build for summer homes. There’s a downtown with shops and food and events throughout the year.
Growing up there, I definitely think I was sheltered from a lot of the world since it was such a small town, but we were an hour from Portland and about an hour or so to Boston, so it wasn’t entirely isolated. I was one of the only Black girls in town, which was definitely hard, though. Going to college in Boston really taught me all that I had missed out on in being in a fairly homogenous community.
That being said, it still feels like Home and I love it there.
