PEG 600 rise in the Ahmedabad market

Tight supply and high demand are driving PEG 600I prices high in the Ahmedabad chemical market. According to sources, these prices are expected to continue to increase in the coming days. As of July 14, 2023, the imported tanker load of PEG 600l has risen from Rs.126/Kg to Rs.128/Kg, representing a significant increase of Rs.2/Kg. PEG 600 l prices are primarily influenced by market demand. With the current supply constraints, manufacturers have been forced to increase prices to keep up with demand. This has led to a price hike in the Ahmedabad market.

DIBP at an increased rate in Ahmedabad

As per reliable Petrochem sources in Ahmedabad, the DIBP rates have increased significantly. It has been established that a lack of supply has led to an increase in DIBP prices in the imported market. The coming days are expected to see a significant increase in prices. On July 14, 2023, DIBP domestic intact prices in Ahmedabad were Rs. 125/Kg, up Rs. 2/Kg from the previous price of Rs. 123/Kg.

Formic acid prices dip further in Mumbai

Today Mumbai chemical market saw a huge drop in Formic acid pricing. The price drop was caused by a combination of weak regional demand and abundant supply. chemical sources stated that pricing will remain stable in the coming days. Formic acid (imported intact) prices in Mumbai fell by Rs.3/Kg on July 14, 2023, from Rs.62/Kg to Rs.59/Kg.

Maleic anhydride prices high in Ahmedabad

An increase in Maleic anhydride prices has been noted in Ahmedabad today. A growing demand contributed to the price rise. The current price of Maleic anhydride Imported repack at Ahmedabad is Rs.85/Kg, an increase ofRs.2/Kg, from the previous price of Rs.83/Kg.

MEK prices dip further in Kandla

Today saw a huge drop in MEK pricing in the Kandla imported market. The price drop was caused by a combination of weak regional demand and abundant supply. chemical sources stated that MEK pricing will remain stable in the coming days. MEK (imported tanker load) prices in Kandla fell by Rs.4/Kg on July 13, 2023, from Rs.99/Kg to Rs.95/Kg.

IPA prices are down in Mumbai

In the Mumbai market, IPA prices are gradually falling. According to Petrochem sources, strong regional demand has led to the price decline. IPA Imported tanker load prices fell from Rs.88/Kg to Rs.85/Kg on July 13, 2023, a Rs.3/Kg drop.

Hydrofluoric Acid prices decreased in Mumbai

The Mumbai market has seen a decrease in the prices of hydrofluoric acid. This is due to the weak regional demand and the excess supply of the product. chemical sources have stated that the prices of hydrofluoric acid will remain stable in the upcoming days. On July 12, 2023, the prices of hydrofluoric acid in Mumbai dropped from Rs.185/Kg to Rs.178 /Kg, a decrease of Rs.7/Kg.

NPG prices continue to remain low

A fall in NPG prices was recorded in the Mumbai chemical market today. It is confirmed that NPG prices fell due to delicate regional demand. According to Petrochem sources, with effect from July 12, 2023, NPG prices in Mumbai decreased by Rs.4/Kg. The new introductory basic price is Rs.120/Kg.
