Every day I learn something new about the world and about myself that makes life feel worth the effort. I can contend with patience because I know things will eventually change. This work reminds me of that reality.
The patterns in this piece feel metaphorical with uniform, precision, intertwining, and overlapping. They resemble elements of vegetation growing toward a central point, a system willing to meet growth where it begins. Until then, each part exists on its own without damaging the ecosystem around it. I see the subject building new pathways slowly, and with patience, completion feels inevitable and earned over time.
