ETA: just paid rent and deposit for the new place, but it’s completely wiped us out. still need help for furniture and groceries.

my original post, while receiving reblogs and shares that i absolutely do appreciate, didn’t result in any donations. so i’m taking a new approach- setting a starting number that would honestly be lifechanging if met.

so. if we received $200, that would be enough to pay for the new furniture we need, AND put some towards the deposit for our next apartment. any amount is appreciated of course. i just hope setting an actual number will actually encourage people to donate…

our current living situation has gone to shit. no ac for well over a month (in texas summer), unreachable management, an almost tripled rent amount (ILLEGALLY raised).

we’ve got another place lined up, but this move is happening REALLY quickly. power to the current apartment is scheduled to shut off tomorrow. it’s a more expensive place, and we just need help with initial moving costs. please. please.
