It pays to be in the Malawi Police Service. While Blantyre City officials have been busy slashing down any maize plants that we're too close to roads and streets, they haven't dared to touch the maize along the Limbe Police Lines even though some or the plants are also too close to the road. That isn't a surprise considering these are people who drive cars without any requisite documents and their minibuses always carry double the number of passengers. #MalawiansBehavingBadly #authority #abuseofoffice
